These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pao4d platform, including all products and services offered through pao4d.vu. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before placing any bet or engaging in any gaming activity.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

| "Bet" / "Wager" | Any staking of real-money funds from a Member's Wallet on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, crash game round, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reload funds awarded to a Member by pao4d under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pao4d conducts to confirm that a Member meets the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 of these Terms. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform or participation in online gambling is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law. |
| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond pao4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, widespread internet outages, cyberattacks, or acts of war. |
Access to the Platform and participation in any game or betting market is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:
To access any real-money product on pao4d, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. pao4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.
Each Member may hold only one (1) active account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pao4d will never contact you requesting your password. Any activity conducted under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility.
pao4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Incomplete registrations, registrations containing false information, or registrations from Prohibited Territories will be rejected. Accounts opened using false identity information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits to a pao4d Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account held by a different person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible, or forfeited where return is not feasible. Accepted deposit methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. pao4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pao4d's finance team in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. pao4d targets a processing time of under five minutes for all withdrawal requests submitted via supported Indonesian payment channels, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.3 Verification Prior to First Withdrawal. Before pao4d processes a Member's first withdrawal request, the Member must have completed KYC verification to pao4d's satisfaction. This requirement exists to protect Members from unauthorised withdrawal of their funds and to comply with internationally applicable anti-money laundering standards.
4.4 Refused Transactions. pao4d reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction would violate applicable law or the rules of pao4d's payment processing partners.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. pao4d may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy charges commencing.
pao4d offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments including the BRI Liga 1 season and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds.
All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion at the time of its offer. The following general rules apply to all pao4d bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are governed by pao4d's published Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Markets available include BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures across Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup qualifying, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets and mix parlay (accumulator) bet types are offered in accordance with pao4d's applicable handicap and accumulator rules.
6.2 Live Casino. All live casino games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and game-show formats — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the relevant studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming). pao4d's role is that of an intermediary; the game outcome is determined by the provider's certified RNG or live dealer process.
6.3 Slots. All slot titles available on pao4d are certified by their respective studios (Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe). Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the long-run statistical return across all players and are not a guarantee of individual session returns. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles are identified by their published RTP data, not by any prediction or manipulation of outcomes.
6.4 Togel. Togel draws are conducted by third-party licensed draw operators (Singapore, Hongkong, and local pools). pao4d acts as a betting intermediary. Draw results are determined entirely by the relevant draw operator and are outside pao4d's control. Any discrepancy between a draw result and its publication on the Platform will be resolved in favour of the official draw operator's published result.
6.5 Crash Games. Crash game outcomes (including Aviator, JetX, and Balloon) are determined by a certified provably fair RNG algorithm. Members may verify the fairness of any round outcome using the seed and hash values published after each round concludes. pao4d does not manipulate crash game multipliers or outcomes.
6.6 Error and Misquote. In the event of an obvious error in the odds, payout multiplier, or game configuration — whether caused by a software fault, data feed error, or human entry error — pao4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Wallets. Knowingly exploiting an obvious error constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 7.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pao4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the pao4d platform — including but not limited to the pao4d name, logo, visual design, software, source code, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pao4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, commercial exploitation, or derivative use of any Platform content without pao4d's express prior written consent.
Third-party game content — including slots, live casino games, and crash game products — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, SA Gaming) and is licensed to pao4d for display on the Platform. Members have no intellectual property rights in respect of third-party game content.
pao4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at pao4d.vu/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction history, betting activity, device and browser data, and communication records. This data is used to operate your Account, comply with AML and KYC obligations, personalise your experience, and improve Platform services.
pao4d does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by pao4d's licensing obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Members have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of data where permitted by applicable law. Such requests should be directed to pao4d's support team at the contact details in Clause 14.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pao4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming or betting activity — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member into their pao4d Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pao4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pao4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by pao4d's gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 By pao4d. pao4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pao4d reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, placed the integrity of the Platform at risk, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In such circumstances, pao4d may withhold or forfeit the account balance pending investigation.
11.2 By the Member. Members may close their account at any time by contacting pao4d's support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be inaccessible, no marketing communications will be sent, and any attempt to open a new account will be blocked. pao4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pao4d will provide Members with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
The version number and "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page are updated with each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure that you are reading the current version.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pao4d holds its primary operating licence. Details of pao4d's licensing jurisdiction are available upon request from the support team.
Any dispute between a Member and pao4d that cannot be resolved through pao4d's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 14) will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by pao4d. Members waive any right to bring class-action claims against pao4d in any jurisdiction.
Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform under their own initiative and at their own risk, and that it is their sole responsibility to assess the legal status of online gambling under Indonesian law as it applies to their personal circumstances. pao4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction.
